Essays in Economic and Business History reviews AFGD

journal-cover-e1335184926288A review of America’s First Great Depression has just been published by Essays in Economic and Business History 31 (2013).  “A clear strength of the book,” says Professor John Moore, is that it “addresses the social, political, and diplomatic consequences of the Panic, and successfully points out that each of these areas, in some manner, influenced the others . . . [and] makes a strong case that historical business cycles feature many of the same attributes as modern ones.”  Read the review.
