I just recorded a Rappaport Center podcast with Stephen Fehr of the Pew Center on the States, about the states’ fiscal crisis.
David Coen of UCL and I have written a commentary, The new age of uncertainty, that serves as the introduction for a special issue of Governance on the financial crisis. The commentary is accessible now, and the complete issue will be published in January.
